Some built-in applications may not be available from ASUS support site, so please contact ASUS repair center if you need any.

Note: The personal files and built-in applications will be removed after using Microsoft installation media to reinstall Windows. If you would like to use the installation media, first, you need to prepare another computer with internet connection (if your computer cannot enter Windows) and an empty USB flash drive (at least 8 GB) to create Windows 11/10 installation media.
